Rachel Mayeaux joined Carpenter Health Network in 2022 as Director of Operations for the Restorative & Specialty Hospital Division. Through her strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to advancing quality post-acute care, she progressed within the organization to her current role as Vice President of Operations for the division.
Rachel brings more than 10 years of experience in the post-acute healthcare industry, with extensive knowledge of Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospitals and inpatient rehabilitation. She earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration in 2013, providing a strong foundation for her career in healthcare leadership and operations.
Throughout her tenure, Rachel has played an integral role in strengthening operational performance, supporting facility leadership, and identifying opportunities for continued growth across the Restorative & Specialty Hospital Division. Her ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership has helped guide the division toward greater efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Rachel remains focused on developing strong teams, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring the division continues to deliver high-quality care while successfully navigating the evolving post-acute healthcare landscape.
