Nikia Knight began her career with STAT Home Health in 2019 as a Field Nurse, bringing 18 years of home health nursing experience and a deep understanding of patient care in the home setting to the organization. Her clinical background and commitment to both patients and caregivers provided a strong foundation for her progression into operational leadership.
In 2021, Nikia advanced to Executive Director of STAT East, where she focused on strengthening branch operations, supporting clinical teams, developing leaders, and promoting consistent, high-quality care. In 2024, she transitioned to Director of Clinical Operations, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the organization. In this role, she worked closely with operational and clinical leaders to improve processes, strengthen accountability, support sustainable growth, and ensure that quality patient care remained at the center of operational decision-making.
In 2026, Nikia earned her Master of Health Administration (MHA), complementing her extensive clinical experience with advanced education in healthcare leadership, strategy, quality improvement, and organizational performance. Her career reflects a unique combination of frontline clinical experience and executive leadership, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges faced by patients, clinicians, and operational teams.
Today, Nikia serves as Vice President of Operations for STAT Home Health, where she provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization. She is focused on building strong teams, developing future leaders, improving operational performance, and creating systems that support both exceptional patient outcomes and long-term organizational growth. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and ensuring employees have the resources and support needed to succeed.
