  • STAT Home Health provides traditional healthcare services in the comfort of a patient’s home. Working closely with each patient to address needs with diligence and compassion, our STAT Home Health team is made up of true caregivers. From skilled nursing to therapy to medical social services, our team can provide customized treatment plans to help you or a loved one treat injury and illness with hope and determination. STAT Home Health services are available throughout Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and the Florida Panhandle.

  • AIM Palliative Home Health provides palliative, home-based health services for patients facing terminal illness who wish to continue curative treatment, such as chemo or dialysis. No matter what the diagnosis, the AIM Team supports each patient with the encouragement and respect they deserve. Our specialized staff is trained to address the unique home health needs of palliative care patients, whether those needs be physical, spiritual, social, or emotional. The AIM Palliative Home Health team serves patients throughout Louisiana.

  • The Carpenter House is a fully equipped hospice house that serves as a place of peace and comfort for those facing terminal illness whose symptoms would not be managed well at home. Established in 2002 as the first freestanding inpatient hospice facility in Baton Rouge, The Carpenter House offers a warm, home-like atmosphere with 24-hour nursing care. Hospice services are provided by St. Joseph Hospice.

  • St. Joseph Hospice provides care, comfort, and support for terminally ill individuals so that they can embrace each day with the hope and expectation of tomorrow. As part of its holistic approach, St. Joseph Hospice also offers support for families of patients. You can find St. Joseph Hospice locations and at-home hospice care services throughout southeast Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and south Alabama.

  • Homedica provides medical house calls and palliative medical calls to patients in the comfort and security of their homes, greatly reducing the stress and inconvenience during times when getting to their physician’s office is made difficult by limited mobility or a depressed immune system. Homedica's house call services are well-suited for individuals experiencing gaps in care that often lead to ER visits and/or hospitalization. Homedica services are available throughout Louisiana. 

  • SAGE Rehabilitation Hospital & Outpatient Services provides comprehensive rehabilitative care, allowing patients to regain strength and confidence as they recover from or cope with an injury, surgery, or illness. Whether you need long-term rehabilitative therapy or are simply looking to regain mobility following an injury, the SAGE team can help. SAGE Rehabilitation Hospital & Outpatient Services provides both inpatient and outpatient services in Baton Rouge, and it has a special unit location at Capitol House.

  • Capitol House Nursing & Rehabilitation is a long-term nursing facility in Baton Rouge which provides skilled care, rehabilitation, and therapy services to residents who proudly call Capitol House their home. The caregivers at Capitol House offer E-Stim/Ultrasound therapy, respiratory services including ventilator management, caregiver relief care, long-term care, wound management, and occupational physical therapy, all within a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.

  • Companion Home Services helps clients in the Shreveport, Louisiana area live life to the fullest and embrace each day with enthusiasm. By visiting individuals at their homes and engaging with them in everyday tasks, our passionate staff can help you or a loved one manage day-to-day tasks and feel more active, energized, and independent.
